System Error 1327

Logon failure: user account restriction. Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

Please note that Windows XP will not allow you to establish a remote connect session using an account that has a blank password. If you attempt to use a blank password, you will receive the above error in the Application Event Log on the remote machine. To resolve this issue, create a password for this specific UserID or create another UserID and assign it a password.
