To copy files from the local machine to the remote machine:

1.) Drag and Drop

Simply drag and drop files/folders from your local Windows Explorer application to the Mini Remote Control application window, and they will be copied to the remote machine’s configured SFT folder. (This only works for uploading file).

2.) Right-click in Windows Explorer.

Right click on file/folder that you wish to upload. Select "DameWare MRCS / Copy to remote host: xxxxxxxx". The files will then be copied to the configured SFT folder on the server.

To copy files from the remote machine back to the local machine:

Right-click in Windows Explorer

In Windows Explorer on the Remote machine, right click on file/folder that you wish to download. Select "DameWare MRCS / Copy to remote host: xxxxxxxx". The files will then be copied to the configured SFT folder on your local machine.

Please also note:

The Absolute Timeout settings within the Mini Remote Client Agent Service could cause a file transfer session to end and close the connection if there is no keyboard or mouse activity from the local machine to remote machine for the duration of the Absolute Timeout settings. To compensate, disable the Absolute Timeout or set it to a long enough time period to copy the files.

The Inactivity Timeout settings within the MRC application are temporarily disabled during file transfer sessions.
